Biography
Carmen received her Master Degree in Public Health in Health Policy and Health Services Research from Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University and Bachelor’s degree of Science in Brain and Cognitive Sciences from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She joined the School of Public Health as a Research Officer in 2022 and her research covers policy evaluation and health economics.
