The School extends our heartfelt congratulations to the research team comprising Dr Joseph WU Tsz Kei, Professor Benjamin John COWLING, Ms Vicky FANG Jing, Dr WU Peng, Dr Eric LAU Ho Yin, Dr Michael NI Yuxuan and Professor Gabriel Matthew LEUNG for them being awarded the HKU Research Output Prize for the paper entitled “Effect of Closure of Live Poultry Markets on Poultry-to-Person Transmission of Avian Influenza A H7N9 Virus: An Ecological Study” as published in The Lancet at the HKU Award Presentation Ceremony held on 9 May 2016.
