Graduates will be well prepared to advance to Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Medical Sciences (MMedSc), Master of Environmental Management (MScEnvMan), Master of Business Administration (MBA), PhD and other postgraduate studies in global health and/or international development.

Articulation

The School is in active discussion with overseas universities to secure places for our graduates to pursue postgraduate studies in disciplines complementary to global health and development. Programmes may include Master of Public Health, Master of Development Practice and Master of International Development etc., with details to follow.

Intercalation

Both local and international intercalation pathways have been established for BASc(GHD) students to pursue Master’s degrees in public health. BASc(GHD) students could apply for the intercalated Master of Public Health (MPH) programmes offered by HKU, or University of California, Berkeley (USA), provided that they have met the entrance requirements of either programme. Students who have successfully fulfilled the requirements will obtain a BASc(GHD) and an MPH degree at graduation.
