个人简介
藍詠德教授于2007年9月加入公共衛生學院。藍教授于2002年獲得心理腫瘤學專科哲學博士學位,並獲香港癌症基金會頒發2001至2002年度心理腫瘤學獎學金。2007年,藍教授獲國際心理腫瘤學學會(IPOS)頒發「河野博臣新研究者獎」,此獎項是為紀念日本心理腫瘤學學會及日本死亡臨床研究會創辦人河野博臣博士而設,特別表揚于獲得博士學位後五年內,在心理腫瘤學研究方面有傑出貢獻的新晉研究者。
藍教授的研究領域橫跨心理腫瘤學及研究方法學。在研究方法論方面,她主張使用混合研究法進行研究,以提高研究的整體有效性。她對定量研究和各種定性研究方法都有深入的認知,而且一直積極探究新的方法,把各種採用結構方程模式的定量研究法,應用於分析縱向資料。她有非常豐富的經驗,透過應用線性混合模型、潛在增長模型和增長混合模型,探討新的課題和改進現有的假設,有助推翻一些存在已久的理論觀點,以及確立更強而有力的證據和理論。藍教授的另一研究領域為心理腫瘤學,而且她對於女性乳癌患者的社會心理適應性,以及乳癌治療的優化尤其關注。近期,藍教授積極探究個人因素(如性格和資訊理解)和診治因素如何影響癌症病人的社會心理適應性(以及相關的醫護需求)。藍教授把不同的研究方法應用于心理腫瘤學的課題,對這門學科有非常重大的貢獻。
藍教授發表過130份學術文獻,包括73篇發表文章、一個書章節,以及56篇與國際學者同行評審、合著的文章,當中大部份都刊載于權威的國際期刊,包括Cancer、Psycho-oncology、Breast Cancer Research and Treatment 和 Journal of Clinical Oncology。藍教授曾獲29項研究資助,當中有18個研究計畫由她擔任首席研究員。她亦曾與澳洲、德國、日本、中國內地和臺灣的心理腫瘤學團隊跨國合作,擴闊針對中國癌症患者的護理需求之研究。此外,藍教授是東亞心理腫瘤醫學聯盟(2008年成立)的創辦成員,以及香港特別行政區醫療衛生研究基金評審撥款委員會的委任成員。她不但為Psycho-oncology、Cancer、 Breast Cancer Research and Treatment、Journal of Clinical Oncology、Social Science Medicine等國際期刊評審文稿,還獲邀擔任PLoS One的學術編輯,而且是Health Expectations的編委會成員。她亦是國際心理腫瘤學學會的當選董事會成員。
