Dr Liang Peichao joined the School of Public Health at The University of Hong Kong in 2026. Her research centres on healthy ageing, with a primary emphasis on the social and environmental determinants of health. Her current work pursues two interrelated lines of inquiry: (1) leveraging digital phenotyping (e.g., passive sensing and Ecological Momentary Assessment) to capture real-time dynamics of daily experiences; and (2) mapping these high-resolution data onto population-based cohorts to understand how short-term temporal patterns shape long-term mental health trajectories.
