Annual General Meeting 2020

Members of the Society are encouraged to join the meeting to exercise your rights. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting will be held on Zoom only.
 
If members would like to participate in the meeting, ensure your registered email is up to date. The link will be sent to all members the week prior. If you are unsure whether you have registered with the Society, or would like to update us with your latest contact information, please email us or contact the School of Public Health during office hours at (852) 3917 9145.

via the Zoom video conferencing. If you would like to participate in the meeting via video conferencing, please pre-register with
your full name by contacting Miss Garf Wong at garfkfw@hku.hk on or before 28 November 2019 (Thursday), 3:00pm.

Extraordinary General Meeting

The EGM is called for the sole purpose of electing the Alumni Council 2019-2021. Please attend the meeting to exercise your rights as a member of the Society.

The Society cordially invites you to the Gala Lunch. It will be right after the Society’s Extraordinary General Meeting on the same
