個人簡介

何博士於一九九一年在流行病學研究上獲得哲學碩士學位，一九九八年在香港大學研究資訊科技獲得哲學博士學位。自一九九四年以來，何博士擔任英國皇家統計學會特許統計員。何博士也負責學院的信息技術服務。他是學院的個人資料保護協調員。

他的主要研究興趣包括煙草和其他生活方式相關的疾病和傳染病。

何博士參與各種教學活動，包括循證實踐，基於問題的公共衞生，本科醫學課程的衞生研究項目和公眾健康課程，指導研究生，並公共衛生醫生的培訓。
