個人簡介

梁曉灡博士為香港大學醫學院公共衞生學院流行病學及生物統計學系助理教授，專注於呼吸道病毒感染的流行病學研究。她擔任多個社區縱向觀察隊列、隨機疫苗試驗和住戶調查的首席研究員，涉及 4,000 多名參加者。這些研究探討流感、新冠病毒和其他呼吸道病毒的個體和群體免疫、疫苗反應、傳播和疾病負擔。她亦嘗試以因果推斷框架分析這些研究的數據。

梁博士的研究工作獲國際認可，包括被《自然指數》（Nature Index）列為「中國五位科研工作對現實世界產生影響力的科學明星」之一。她的研究曾獲得兩項學術會議最佳摘要獎和三項獎學金（h指數17，被引用3,362次，包括2篇高被引論文），及獲香港政府列為模範研究案例。 梁博士是世衞新冠病毒室內空氣傳播風險評估（ARIA）專家諮詢小組的聯合主席，及世衞統一化描述空氣傳播術語跨學科專家諮詢小組（TTAT）41名成員之一。

梁博士就國際性跨學科合作研究擁有逾10年經驗，並在本地及國際主要研究基金支持下進行研究。她為多個學科的學術期刊審稿，包括 JAMA、BMJ、Lancet Microbe、Nature Microbiology、Science Translational Medicine、American Journal of Epidemiology、Frontiers in Immunology、BMJ Global Health 和 American Journal of Infection Control。她亦為英國醫學研究委員會（MRC）和惠康基金會（Wellcome Trust）等科研資助機構審查資助提案。梁博士是《國際流行病學雜誌》（International Journal of Epidemiology）的編輯。

梁博士曾在流行病學、免疫學和病毒學等多個領域接受研究培訓。她通過實驗室試驗研究 SARS冠狀病毒抗體依賴增強作用（antibody-dependent enhancement）的分子機制（哲學碩士，香港大學-巴斯德研究中心）。她在香港和中國大陸設計及建立以醫院為基礎的實地研究探討流感、冠狀病毒和其他呼吸道病毒的氣溶膠傳播（aerosol transmission），及以社區為基礎的觀察隊列和隨機疫苗試驗評估流感、新冠病毒（SARS-CoV-2）和呼吸道合胞病毒（RSV）的疾病負擔及重複接種疫苗的影響（哲學博士/博士後， 香港大學公共衞生學院）。她以推進更好的全球衛生政策為目標通過因果推斷分析法（causal inference framework）評估疫苗保護相關替代指標（correlate of protection）（武見研究員，哈佛公共衞生學院）。 梁博士亦為碩士生教授流行病學入門課程（課堂人數 200+），並指導研究生進行研究。 她對現場流行病學有著濃厚興趣，為有效管理大型研究項目曾設計及開發用於數據採集和品質控制、生物樣本跟蹤和工作流程監控的電子系統。
