Ms Myra Fung joined the School of Public Health, LKS Faculty of Medicine in 2025. She graduated from Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in the University of Hong Kong and obtained her Master of Public Health from King’s College London.

Since joining the School, Ms Fung has been actively involved in undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (MPH) curricula. Her key areas of undergraduate teaching include problem-based learning, evidence-based public health, clinical epidemiology, challenges of public heath, outbreak investigation, occupational medicine as well as Smoking Cessation Advocacy Project, Patient Care Project and Palliative and Supportive Care Project. She is currently assisting core modules of the Master of Public Health programme, including Health Leadership and Management.

Ms Fung’s main research interests are health policy and interventions, mental health and medical education.
