Subsequent to the signing of Memorandum of Understanding with the 35 Schools of Public Health in 2009, we are pleased to have Preventive Medicine School, The Fourth Military Medical University from Xi'an added to our list. Two representatives from the School, Professor Chen Jingyuan, Dean and Professor Yan Yongping, Professor come to Hong Kong on December 16, 2011 (Friday) and a simple but formal signing ceremony was held.
