The Symposium on Transmission and Control of Respiratory Pathogens will be co-hosted by the WHO Collaborating Centre for Infectious Disease Epidemiology and Control at the School of Public Health of The University of Hong Kong and RGC Theme-based Research Scheme on Viral, Host and Environmental Determinants of Influenza Virus Transmission and Pathogenesis, with details below:

Professor Zhong Nan-Shan, Academician of The Chinese Academy of Engineering and Director of The National Clinical Research Center for Respiratory Disease and China State Key Laboratory of Respiratory Disease, will serve as the keynote speaker at the Symposium.
