Professor Gabriel M Leung

Professor Leung is awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star (GBS) in recognition of his loyal and distinguished service to the Government and the Hong Kong community, particularly in his capacity as the Under Secretary for Food and Health and as the Director of the Chief Executive's Office. He has made exemplary effort in protecting and promoting the health of the population, improving environmental hygiene, and ensuring the efficient operation of the Chief Executive's Office.


Professor Lam Tai-hing

Professor Lam is awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star (BBS) for his meritorious service in the medical field, particularly his valuable contribution to the promotion of tobacco control and prevention of AIDS.
