Professor Malik Peiris (Director of the School of Public Health) and Professor Guan Yi (Director of the Centre of Influenza Research) are featured in The World's Most Influential Scientific Minds 2014 as recently released by Thomson Reuters.

            Apart from Professor Peiris and Professor Guan, three other scholars of the University of Hong Kong whose work have been highly cited by fellow academics and are making a significant impact in ongoing research in their respective fields of study have also been accorded the honour this year.
